Groups that need to increase their numbers will take pledges from friends they already know without splashing it everywhere online. Just because you are too dense to understand that doesn't mean it isn't happening.

No, because it's INFORMAL there is no sign up. You have to be asked by a house. The only way to be asked is if they know you or know your are interested.

I know sdt zeta and sk probably are but it'll basically be snap bids to friends. Asa and dphie will do a more open one probably. Tpa one or the other

No, that is not what Snap Bidding is. Snap Bids only happen during formal rush after everyone is matched and are offered immediately before the bid cards are handed out. COB, Continuous Open Bidding, is what happens the rest of the year. Whether it happens with informal events and invitations, or just quietly with bids given to girls a house already knows they want, the bids are COB, not Snap.
