Zeta is sort of irrelevant their new pledge class has close to 70 girls and they don't show at pairs. They definitely also have some questionable girls in the house.

Zta new PC is so random. They are not top anymore they are considered top bc it's hard to drop in the tier system suddenly, but they are no better than middle TBH. On par with gphi. Nothing special

Their pledge class is normal sized for one and partying is not the only thing that would make a sorority relevant get a life

They have 65 in their new pc because this is the quota their nationals gave them and they made quota. Since when is making quota a bad thing?
