Fraternities like Pike, Sammy, Skulls, and Pilam will be fine. These Fraternities survive off of brotherhood not pairs. You honestly think someone joins these Fraternities cause they can't wait to pair with TPA? No, they join cause they get along with the guys. However, Beta Sig will survive because they will attract guys who like an academic first environment. But with Delts going to TPA and if DDD goes to another off campus sorority I don't see how organizations like DKE, Alpha Sig, and KDR can survive.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Quality of pairs doesn't matter in the bottom tier as long as they there are pairs in the first place, and if DPhiE gets DDD, no one, not even ASA, will pair below Pilam.
Funny how the bottom tier frats always hope top organizations get kicked so they have a shot at a house, when it's only made their pairs worse recently.

Well frats getting kicked off helps them but sororities not so much, and TPA getting delts house instead of a frat was a mistake that won't really help any bottom tiers
