There is no possible way that someone could be familiar with various tiers' pledge classes. Sororities only hang with 5 frats tops and frats don't spend much time around other frats. Someone cannot realistically rank these all. Clearly, these all have a ton of bias into them, more so than the regular rankings we see

phi delt self ranking through tier reports. They keep bumping themselves higher and higher . Its getting out of hand to be honest lol. Check yourselves
