What are the top 6 up and coming frats/stats ? As in - most likely to go up within the next year. What are the the 6 going down?

I'm in AGD and I'm good friends with a lot of the girls in Sigma kappa, and I've never met a single girl that's been rude or wanted to bring me down... Idk why y'all act like there is some rivalry between us lol. I'm perfectly happy in my house and I'm sure they feel the same?

Sounds like someone wants to raise their status from steerage to first class. Pathetic. If Pi Phi and Alpha Phi didn't get the girls they wanted then it might be valid. Kappa and AGD are going down. Look at the stats folks. I have tons of KD friends and they are fun.

DG and aephi especially had incredible PCs this year if not the best ones in terms of well rounded, hot and fun girls and also DG got a great litty 5 pair so honestly I see the middle tier setting the bar higher these days
