I think they come back in two years. SK gets the old phi psi house next year, then I believe phi psi comes back

^Above is correct. SK will be in the house for two years, Phi Psi will be back in either Fall 2017 or 2018. They have not confirmed either yet. Either way though, they will be back in the house by Fall 2019.
