thoughts on pike?

I was going to do the second round of rush and Pike interested me. Yeah I understand they're unhoused, but my question is for an unhorsed frat how good are they? As in looks, brotherhood, parties, and grades and athletics what're your guys honest opinions other than just calling them irrelevant for not having a house.

I really like them! I've been to a few of their parties and all the guys are really nice and fun. They all seem to have a great time together! I would definitley give them another shot.

I'd check out a couple other unhoused fraternities too. Probably Skulls and Beta Sig. guys I know in both of those are great.

Looks: Avg
Brotherhood:Strong
Parties: Idk, not having a house makes it hard
Grades: Your GPA is really the only thing that matters
Athletics: Somehow they're leading the Greek Cup for intramurals, but other houses have more overall athletes.

Give it a try if you're looking off campus, the guys I know there are good guys. \n\n\n\n\n
