Still bottom...seriously. Their last formal recruitment was not a strong one, they didn't make quota and they are not anywhere the quality of AOII, ADPi, AGD, SK. Not even close. You can put a below average chapter in a house and they are still the same chapter. Once their dues go up, how many women will drop? Not everyone wants to live in a house when they have lived off campus and had independence.

23 of which pledged after bid day...handing out bids like Halloween candy to fill the Delt house. Just cause you rent the Delt house doesn't mean you get the rep. You have to earn that one.

That would be 69 girls that didn't get bids from other houses. A rental house doesn't improve your status.

I applaud TPA for bravely joining the IU community along with ASA, DPhiE and SK despite their unhoused situation. Their members have bonded in a unique way. Their sorority activities and memories hold special meaning and value. Their women were not afraid to join an organization with traditions, values and standards unlike those of the older IU groups.
While no one knows for sure if TPA has the Delts house, their attempts to become a housed chapter are admirable.
