Sigma Kappa has confirmed they are getting their own house after their two year lease just to shut down the haters on here. they will forever remain a housed sorority from this point on, just like they intended to be, unless they screw up.

confused as to why a girl going through recruitment cant post on greekrank at 9:04? theyre not necessarily talking to someone at that time. girls have their phones on them during rush, its not like theyre banned lol. i rushed last year and everyone and their mom lived on greek rank during recruitment.

how could a girl in sigma kappa have written this, but not a PNM? theyre both in recruitment doing the same thing. sigma kappa girls are all rushing pnms at this time. pretty sure theyre not allowed to be on their phones, and pretty sure they have better things to do then look themselves up on a greekrank discussion lmao.

IU isn't selling land and the vetting process to get land currently doesn't exist. To get land you have something to trade in an area that the university wants for example old Fiji. If you don't have land they want, they won't trade you, IU makes billions of dollars a year, they don't need SK's money. Lying to PNM's isn't a good idea and SK should stop doing it.

Sorry, but you don't know what you're talking about. There certainly IS land to be had to build on--out on Jordan. When we were looking 3 years ago, there were a few parcels available. We wanted to be in the center of campus, and IU bargained some lots for eventual possession of our house and property.
My mom is a Sigma Kappa, and I can tell you there is land available and they are very near to finalizing a property acquisition. You didn't think Panhellenic would bring on all these new groups with no hope of eventually building did you?

SK is building on that lot (i honestly dont remember what its called or the cross street) when you're going down N Jordan and you can make a right onto that street (it might be behind phi psi to be honest or my memory sucks). There's a lot there that is for sure being secured and worked on winter 17. know this because we tried for it.
