Everyone is so wrong. One of my good friends is in phidelt and told me about it. It's not that they can't "party," it's that their nationals is limiting them to the number of social events they're allowed to have per semester. And because of academic decline, their advisors are cracking down on grades, which is why they also have to do membership reviews.
