agd new house

Not really maybe a little, it's comparable to D Chi getting ATO's house, they'll still be lower mid

They are not getting a big beautiful new house. They are getting to rent the Phi Psi house for a year while theirs is being renovated. It was built in the 50's or 60's and needs some updates. It should be nicer when it's done but I don't think they are adding square footage.

I would think so! These girls are still living under the shadow from an event that no one currently living in the house had to do with, and I think this new exterior and the new interior space (they are didn't more square footage) will really help them show others the potential.

It can NOT hurt them! AGD is moving in the right direction and the sisterhood is better then others on campus.

AGD can only go up, their last PC was pretty good considering their circumstances and their crappy seniors are gone now, they have a good opportunity presenting itself this year

I'm in a different house but I saw a picture of the updates from a friend who is an AGD at Bama from their newsletter, will be the most beautiful house on campus. Thus will impress many girls which is great, who wouldn't want to live in a new house.
They will get better and this will help.
