Pi Kapps (Solid group of guys that get top pairs consistently)
Beta (great house, great brotherhood, and great pairs)
Sig Chi (Extremely exclusive, but still top tier)
Fiji (Basically a cult, but solid pairs and a dank house)

Phi Delt (Cold dorms are lame, on the decline)
Kappa Sig (Chill guys, solid sophs coming in)
Theta Chi (New brotherhood room, okay pairs, ascending)
SAE (decent pairs good soph class coming in)
Phi Sig (d chi house drops them, but very middle tier)

ZBT (dey just decent overall)
Sig Pi (relevant once a year)
Lambda (Goob city)
DU (a bunch a Pirates) arrrrrg
SNU (Always in trouble, but ya boi Herman B. Wells keeps em alive)

Let's be honest ZBT is much higher, they're right under Kappa sig. If you admit to that, this is actually a good ranking. Everything else looks good.

Not that bad but needs improvements. Put ZBT at the top of middle, AEPi above DU, and d chi at bottom
