by: HmmmmSince DPhiE will be moving into the Sammy house, will it actually improve their standing or will it bankrupt them? They won't own the house and the owner is known for kicking out tenants with no rhyme or reason. Will PNMs even care?

There is no one signed to the house. I know bc he's our landlord too. I think what he wants is to see who can recruit the best next year. He wants someone in a long term lease. If dphie fails to recruit such as this year, not enough people will be able to live in the house. He'll take a hit this year but wants whoever can fill the house consistently for 10 years

@House is right. Hope he can take a hit on the mortgage. There is no way they will be able to pay the same amount as Sammy. They were one of the smaller chapters before formal recruitment, took 11 during recruitment, got 22 more during COB. They have a pretty big senior class graduating. If they are lucky they will have 110-120 when school starts. Most other chapters will have around 150.
