Just to clear up some untrue, probably biased ratings, from a non Greek bistander that is relatively friendly with the Greek community on campus.... Pi kaps "house" is by far not one of the best in the southeast. It was a condemned nursing home less than a year ago. They are pretty smart but maybe that's because like 80% of them are either nerds or brown BSMDs. From what I hear they did beat delta chi at some lame flag football game that no one cares about but I've never seen them playing....

Newest of the fraternities on campus even though not technically a chapter yet. They do have a house. Lots of average guys and a bunch of goobers right now which happens when the founding fee is like 30 bucks. Some athletic guys or smart guys ( Indians ) who want to transfer to Tech or southern after initiation ( helps to be accepted by the other chapters). Middle tier because Alpha Sig is doomed pretty much.

Honestly I barely hear about these girls on campus. The only time I've seen them is at a fraternity social. They don't seem to do much around the school. With so many members there are so many options they could explore.

Look you guys are new and I understand your are trying to make a name but you are going about it the wrong way. You guys have zero brotherhood I never see more than 2 of you at the same time. Your house is always empty and this is proven by many people on here and also it's not the best in the southeast there are ten times better than your house. You slander other Greek organizations for no reason and have yet to do anything in the community. It looks like most of you joined to add to a résumé
