Most of these guys are truly nice guys. There's a couple of are crazy, arrogant, drama queens (sadly this happens to be the guys in charge). Then there's some really, really weird ones. And I mean, like.. weird AF. How they got in a frat at all is mind blowing.. Outliers aside, these guys are really nice and cool to hang out with. Idk how many guys they have. I think Delta Chi and Pike have a lot more people.. if Alpha Sig could get more normal guys I think they'd be pretty cool.

Many of the comments here reflect my own, just watching these guys and what they do is pretty pathetic for a "brotherhood" , it's more like a club because every gets in. The slandering of the other fraternities on campus is sad and just shows what they will do to try and get ahead. It is a pity since they had potential, but I can not see them improving any with the ways they do things now.

If you're picking a fraternity based on these rankings, you're doing it wrong. I know for a fact that there are a couple guys from each fraternity at this campus going on here and making their rankings look good. Just go to Rush and meet each one and decide which one you like best, if at all.

overall from what I've seen and heard this fraternity is constantly competing with Delta Chi. Don't get me wrong. Delta Chi has a lot of douche bags and can be more friendly but from what I have seen Pi Kapp is half good guys and half losers.... They talk a lot of crap about delta chi and alpha sigma phi but they are way to new to be doing this. They talk about their house all the time but they didn't earn it. Must be nice to be given everything. Talk more when you earn it. That is all...

This chapter is coming together quite well. There brotherhood is definatley growing a lot, they are incredibly smart and pretty athletic. They seem to be the guys who are frat but not douches. Yes they have a house and it's the best one on campus because alpha dog doesn't have one and delta chi has an apartment.

These guys are less awkward than the Alpha Sigs but only because there are like half of them that are normal. They treat girls fairly well but that's to be expected because they are new on campus and aren't blindly loyal to one sorority or the other (I.e. Delta Chi and ADPi). Their parties are big but lame. Some of their guys are nice but a lot of them are try-hards and/or socially awkward. Maybe this is because they just got to this campus but right now they just don't have much of a standard.

Look you guys are new and I understand your are trying to make a name but you are going about it the wrong way. You guys have zero brotherhood I never see more than 2 of you at the same time. Your house is always empty and this is proven by many people on here and also it's not the best in the southeast there are ten times better than your house. You slander other Greek organizations for no reason and have yet to do anything in the community. It looks like most of you joined to add to a résumé

Just to clear up some untrue, probably biased ratings, from a non Greek bistander that is relatively friendly with the Greek community on campus.... Pi kaps "house" is by far not one of the best in the southeast. It was a condemned nursing home less than a year ago. They are pretty smart but maybe that's because like 80% of them are either nerds or brown BSMDs. From what I hear they did beat delta chi at some lame flag football game that no one cares about but I've never seen them playing....

Newest of the fraternities on campus even though not technically a chapter yet. They do have a house. Lots of average guys and a bunch of goobers right now which happens when the founding fee is like 30 bucks. Some athletic guys or smart guys ( Indians ) who want to transfer to Tech or southern after initiation ( helps to be accepted by the other chapters). Middle tier because Alpha Sig is doomed pretty much.

My sisters and I love these guys. They are funny and treat us great. They don't have a house officially but they have an unofficial non-house a block from campus where they are all always at. It's basically a house but I think they don't want the school to think it is. They are fam and we love them.
