What have you guys heard about the new frat Phi Delt? What do you think of them? They're legitimately one of the top nationally and they've been at MSU for a very long time until they got kicked out in 2003

Meet a couple of them. Gonna have a nice house. Don't understand how they are have a good social life with a dry house. Powerful alumni backing tho.

I know a few Phi Delts from other chapter and they're great guys but this one is horrible even if you don't count the fact that they're a dry house, which is very geedy.

Lambda Chi and Phi Delt were huge rivals in the 70s and 80s, and were similar to Pike or Sigma Chi in status back then. Will that be the case any time in the near future? Probably not.
