AXO and SAE are not on the rise. SAE doesn't have a pledge process, which equals a joke brotherhood. They are not a real fraternity. AXO is decent but not nearly as hot as Phi, XO, kkg or theta. I know girls love to hate on xo and theta, but the top 4 is honestly so much hotter than the rest. I don't see the fraternities preferring AXO over any of them anytime soon.
