-sk is a solid house but all the ranks w them almost as top/a top house is just false same w zeta their pc this year was very very average they haven’t moved up at all
-phi is falling everyone knows
-dg moved up so did theta pi phi fell

Having 6 tiers is ridiculous. Truth is there is not a top house at msu. Tiers 1-3 are the upper houses that most girls want during recruitment and most of the upper frats like to mix with. Might add zeta to that group. Personal preference as to who you like better but that is the truth.
