Chi o has always been and always will be top. Aphi used to be right up there with them they’re pc just wasn’t the best this year.

Phi hasn’t had a good PC since pc 16. Theyve always been second in looks to chi o and had too many scandals and poor sisterhood to stay top. The only people that think they’re top is the girls in it
