Frats who will climb in 2020

DKE: Will become a solid top tier house. A lot of the top houses are shakey and as long as they carry on throwing concerts they will only get better.
Alpha Sig: The manor will do wonders for them. Their pledge classes are getting better and they will soon be socialing with more higher tier sororities. Alpha Sig have momentum !
Beta: All houses on bogue seem to have improved from the street getting knocked down. They had a decent pledge class and the two crmc apartments if set up right will be a solid move. They definitely need to be more selective with their bids.
Zeta Psi: They had a big pledge class in Fall. Are growing fast and landed a good house. They need to get to around 80 brothers to be a solid lower middle tier house.
