Top: Psi U (might be on par w elite soon), Theta Chi,
Upper mid: Delt Sigs (losing power), Phi Psi (good pledge class), Alpha Sig (house will help them rise, and no, they are not getting kicked off campus)
Mid:Sammy, Sig Pi, Phi tau, Pi Kapps, Phi Delt (way too far)
Lower Mid: Beta, AEPI,TDX, Zeta Psi (growing fast)TKE (dying)
Bottom: Skulls, STG, Kappa Sig, AGR, Farmhouse, Sig RHo, Lambda Phi Epsilon

agree with moving theta chi and psi u to their own tier. They’ve been improving steadily.

Phi psi and alpha sig have made significant improvements so I’d say it’s only fair they live up to upper mid. Delt sig needs to get pick up their game
