sigma alpha mu???

I went to Kellogg last night and I must say I was very VERY impressed with Sigma Alpha Mu (Sammy), but I've heard literally nothing about them outside of what they pitched to me. The plans they were discussing would put them in upper mid or even top tier as early as next year in my opinion and they’ve only been around 4 years. Is there a catch? Are they legit? Any input would be great.

Their house is gonna get bulldozed over and there aren’t many top tier houses left for them to live in so seems like a bunch of bs to me
