Decent parties. VERY jersey shore, like sigma pi. The Zeta of frats. Decent, but not great. Have been a top house, but going down. I hear they had to last minute bid in the fall because not enough guys accepted.

I generally have good times at these parties. The guys are easy to talk to, especially the younger class. The parties get pretty packed so for a bad rank, it sure seems like everyone is more than willing to head there for a party. It is a must to get there earlier though because the longer you wait the more it gets packed.
