As operating as a fraternity Pike and Phi Psi are > SAE, SAE is only worried about parties and creeping on the next pi phi class
Pike is a bunch of gym bros and phi psi is the skaters/surfers
Sororities, there are only 3 top houses as well
APhi, AXO, and Pi Phi

Pike is full of creepy guys who I’m pretty sure have never talked to girls in their high school years, definitely translates to college. All girls go to maybe one party and that’s enough to tell you to head over to a different frat lmao, but unless ur in AGD or DZ i haven’t heard of an exchange with them for other houses
