What’s the deal with sigma pi? Are they a real frat I never see anyone talking about them but i always see posts about their parties. What’s their vibe?

We are all affiliated and Sigma Pi, Sig Chi, Gazoni are all unaffiliated and irrelevant. They can’t go to Pan sorority events and socials.
