Redo the comparisons and take off Retention

How can you rank chapters on incomplete data? We don’t have the drops yet so we can’t use it, it tells some but not everything. We have to be fair and use accurate info

girl, when you In have 7 girls graduating in the spring it’s clear you got heavy drops. The next closest had 17 graduates. You don’t have grads because you got girls dropping out of your chapter. We all go to school here. We know you got huge issues with retention. Taking it off ranks because your chapter has a problem doesn’t solve the problem.
