A large and stable membership reflects how successful the organization is and whether it's strong and thriving. A strong membership with happy members = better retention, less recruiting.

If you add your winter grads to spring grads you’re still below what theta graduated last spring and they were third from bottom in the spring
Your bid numbers are off af and we all know
obviously a huge sisterhood retention issue going on - no hate here but just saying ur not a top tier competitor so maybe be accurate when you’re posting ranks
