I heard that Alpha Phi will be coming to ucf next year and taking Sigs house. Is this true?!?

sig chi isnt gonna give up their house, and even if they did it would go to dz or gphi first

Ucf doesn’t want to give a house to dz. Dz nationals offered to pay for the building of the house of its entirety and ucf denied. Gphi won’t get it bc their chapter is in talk to be pulled from ucf. They don’t have active members.
