it’s not because they paired with aephi. in current day aephi is solid and loved by all frats. it’s because they don’t have the best relations and uppers prefer dsig and tke but thy are growing and are basically on the way to becoming a solid MAYBE EVEN top house.
they just have a rep for not being the nicest of people which is why pi phi, azd and theta chose others but that could change.

I agree with op. Uppers can pair mid. Piphi and axid do. They’re not upper bc they get rejected by uppers.

It’s all the same they can’t get uppers and have to go with AEPhi. Uppers get good pairs and they can’t.
