Chi O Sewer Damage 10/21

I’ve become somewhat concerned about a potential city code violation happening at the Chi O house! It appears they might be violating Chapter 30, Section 30.02 (General Sewer Use Upkeep & Maintenance) of the Orlando municipal code. There’s definitely something off with the sewer setup over there, and I would hate to it not be addressed and for something bad to happen!
Bursting pipes could lead to very icky situations for all us UCF Greekers! Hopefully Chi O could get some people out there to take care of it! From my preliminary assessments the main sewer lateral, and primary drain connection may have cracks!
Hopefully someone from the city can make it out there to help them out before anything could stop working. If nothings done the city could be strict on ordinances! Thank you.
