Bith are upper mid imo. Ksig has bad event and upper mid looks and PC. Phi delt has event but low numbers. Socials are the same but ksig has better socials and pairs. I’d put

Ksig isn’t supported by tops. He tried to force them up a while ago like he does chio but it wont go well. Phi delt is top imo bc sig is gone
