Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

There is no one person forcing ChiO or Kappa Down. There’s only one forcing them up. We allowed chio to stay mid bc of achievements. Even tho the most important rankings are socials, pairs, looks and popularity an they are well below average in those they will be up for “achievements” people are tired of your forcing and the stuff you’ll do to keeep them up.
