Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

I personally want SAE up and PiKapp is mid. Lower mids are bottoms with a house. Some want ZBT down we all have opinions

Lower mids are just chapters who are less popular, less attractive and have less comparative socials than true mids. That’s how it’s always been. You just switched it to make it solely bottoms rather than just lower mids + newly housed to make ur fav frat mid.
