Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

pikapp look similar to tke and actually pair. delt has a house but doesn’t even have socials

pikapp chio and kappa are all lower. chio kkg paired and theta / aephi didn’t but pairs are only one thing. looks and socials matter. if phidelt goes unpaired but ksig/zbt pair with a lower chapter doesn’t make them better. this is something we can ALL agree on. look at the socials and pairs. they only have each other

pikapp doesn’t look like tke. tke competed with sae and dsig for pairs. you compete with beta and tep. pikapp in no world looks like tke

Just bc you actually pair doesn’t mean much. Upper mid frats go unpaired all the time and true mids often pair. Comparatively you’re lower. SAE, TKE, DSig have all paired with uppers / tops. All have upper / top socials. You can’t even get actual true mids. You are chios highest social. Theta chi is aephi and thetas.

One thing we can all agree on is that Pi Kappa Phi and their fans need to get real. Lower mid as absolute fck. They do not compare to any mid.
