Curious About Retention Data

Curious why you don’t want other ppl to see this data if you think it’s not a leading indicator of retention rates because it kind of seems like you keep trying to remove it and push it down. You realize recruitment is over, right? Are you afraid that your new girls will see this data and make them question if they should drop out? Like, honestly, what are you so worried about?
Grad #’s reflect strong Membership satisfaction, retention, and sisterhood.

i’m being serious why would graduation numbers show retention? not everyone graduates in the spring. many graduate in fall and summer. graduation numbers are not a reflection of retention. i’m all for giving chapters credit but maintaining members is retention. this makes no sense why not get the drop data and have proof?

Why are you posting data that isn’t credible? This has nothing to do with Zeta it has to do with reality. Membership/Drops/Graduates give you retention. You can’t just pull one group of graduates and say gets retention. It’s simple math.

Weird you have a problem with grad numbers being posted that “aren’t credible” but you don’t have a problem with diversity and looks being posted that come 100% from someone’s opinion.

Graduate numbers are in no way an indication of member retention. The only way to accurately record retention is to compare membership vs grads/dropped members.
This is the only data we have from OFSL.
