“Sorority Retention & Sisterhood”
Graduate numbers are in no way an indication of member retention. The only way to accurately record retention is to compare membership vs grads/dropped members.

i’m being serious why would graduation numbers show retention? not everyone graduates in the spring. many graduate in fall and summer. graduation numbers are not a reflection of retention. i’m all for giving chapters credit but maintaining members is retention. this makes no sense get the data

Graduates- Spring 2025
Higher spring graduation #’s reflects strong Membership satisfaction, retention, and sisterhood. These are members who pledged and stayed with the sorority and their sisterhood through to graduation together. Literally what we care about.

If you care more about frats then why even bother pledging a sorority? Anyone can be a frat groupie. Girls who join for the frats figure that out and dropout of Greek life.
