Graduate numbers are in no way not an indication of member retention. The only way to accurately record retention is to compare membership vs grads/dropped members.

why would graduation numbers show retention? not everyone graduates in the spring. many in fall and summer. those numbers are not a reflection of retention. maintaining members is retention

Just get the drop rates from ofsl and you don’t have to try to make graduates your retention justification. Facts are facts.
