graduation numbers do not accurately represent retention. just bc only 15 girls graduated doesn’t reflect that girls are dropping. not everyone graduates in the spring. some fall, some summer. you can have 150 active girls and only 5 graduate in spring and 0 drops but that posts leads to thinking that girls are dropping.
the only way to know if girls are dropping is to have access to actives in numbers and drop rates and then subtract gradation. ucf does not regularly update membership bc it is and should not be a huge concern of others. some chapters are picky with bids others aren’t.
but i guess now ill be a zeta for stating the obvious. long story short, graduation numbers don’t reflect retention. it is simply. graduation numbers. lmao.

Ucf doesn’t do that. Neither does FSU or UF or any school because it’s not your business. If you’re in the chapter you’d know. Forcing in membership is the dumbest shi you’ve done. Ucf hasn’t updated membership in three years.
