Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

Facts. They are lucky our new mod is a softie and wants to make “rules” to get into a rank. No socials, no face, nothing. Beta and tep are the only realistic possible lower mids along with pikapp. They have relations and face. I hate this website this guy is so soft and has ruined it. His obsession with forcing everyone up.

TEP get a house you are stronger than all of them. Tops see Beta the same as Delt but Delt got a house. Beta you have never paired for homecoming have you ever tried?
