The order in each tier is a matter of preference. Some ppl prefer popularity, some ppl prefer looks, some ppl prefer success, some want a mix. We all have our win personal favorites for many different reasons.

Top Tier:
Kappa Delta, Alpha Delta Pi, Zeta Tau Alpha, Delta Delta Delta
Upper Mid:
Pi Beta Phi, Alpha Xi Delta
True Mid:
Kappa Alpha Theta, Alpha Epsilon Phi, Chi Omega, Kappa Kappa Gamma
Base Tier:
Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta

Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

•Mid- some popular, mostly mid socials & pairs, many attractive, strong membership, have houses
•Lower- newly housed or suspended, have mid/base socials & pairs or unpaired, some attractive, lower membership
•Base- unhoused, not as popular, mostly have mid/base socials & pairs or unpaired, some attractive, lower membership
