Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

Consider popularity as a whole. TriDelts are clearly more popular with pnms and other sororities but you’re saying they’re not as popular with frats. Why don’t you think through what would make a chapter more or less popular with frats. Hmmm. Not sure the rest of the srats are striving for frat popularity….
Not to mention many TriDelts have boyfriends outside of Greek life at UCF (which consists of a total of like 200 boys 😂, lol, most of us will pass)
This right here gets to the crux of your issues. Your priorities and self awareness are off.
