The repositioning of Zeta was the biggest move of the week after much discussion across multiple posts (see: Quotes from Zeta on Various Chapters, Apparently all of Greek Park doesn’t see Zeta as Top, and Zeta is the WORST) and the redistribution of the data weighting scale, collapsing social elements, and the addition of GPA. Debate continues around whether or not there is room for 4 chapters in any tier level which could lead to additional changes in the coming week(s).

ddd are on the rise which is why they were moved back to top tier. zta still has better looks, hoco pairs, a better event and better diversity.
both have great reputations and leadership both have 1 position. ddd has better membership, retention, gpa but you need more than that to surpass zta. tops need popularity and looks most of all

I got my girls. I don’t gaf about “relevancy” with frats. I joined for sisterhood within my chapter and across pan. Can you say the same? Obviously not. Maybe that’s why retention is an issue for you. 💡 are you getting it yet???

Give it a rest. Girls are also preffing Aephi and ChiO that doesn’t make them better. Recruitment is personal and it’s about connections made not popularity. Girls like different chapters for many reasons.
