The OP is incorrect. The lower membership need more members and have more spots to fill.
Theta cross rushes with Axid, Aephi & Chio. They are more desirable chapters.

theta is not cross rushing with chio. maybe kappa. theta doesn’t want liberals it deters men in high chapters and that’s what theta prioritizes.

There are liberals and conservatives in every chapter now. Years ago it was different. Do you know anyone in these chapters?
No one talks about politics during recruitment we aren’t allowed. Yes Theta and Chi O cross rush.

I personally think ChiO, KKG are lower mid like Pikapp just like the rest of greek life considering all the comments, posts, socials and more but I agree with you somewhat. Theta is cross rushing with the lowers like AEPhi but also some of the highest, which is why they have socials. Some with AEPhi. Some crossing with high and lower. ChiO and Kappa go with each other and bottoms. They all cross.
