Theta Chi is NOT a top house

The title is self explanatory. They don’t even live on campus, don’t have strong relationships with top sororities like ZTA or DDD, and their brotherhood isn’t tight to begin with. just a bunch of average guys who are constantly bickering. You always hear stories about them fighting with each other. They have had ongoing issues for years and it’s time to be realistic about the ranking and their place at ucf.

They were from like 2022-2024. Their new pcs look like zbt. Ato fell off HARD but their new pcs are better and they pull more pledges.
