ADPi had the hottest fall 24 pc and had the most socials that fall and spring and have the best rush and are the most desired by frats and pnms. Their retention for socials is great and their retention for members is great. ADPi is the new #1.
For these reasons and also ZTA and KD got too comfortable and fell in some ways.

The only ranks that are wrong here due to lower mids are ChiO Kappa and PiKapp. Tops frats prefer ADPi in current day.
