Incoming freshman/pnm question

I’m a guy and I’m looking to rush one or more chapters but I’m hella confused on the rankings:
So since chapters like ATO and Phi Delt are ranked higher and more competitive than chapters like TKE and Pi Kapp, does that mean everyone who gets a bid from ATO/Phi Delt should also be able to get a bid from Pi Kapp and TKE? Or is that not how it works

Every frat has their own vibe. The top and upper frat guys are usually the more attractive guys that know it. They are pickier and give our less bids.
The mid guys are attractive they are just more down to earth. The give out more bids. Base frats are new and smaller.
Go to all the rush events and meet the guys. You will see the differences and feel where you would vibe.

No but my question is that if you are able to get a bid from say ATO or Phi Delt, should you also have the social skills to get bids from basically any other chapter at UCF? Or does each chapter have its own vibe
