We moved ADPI over ZTA because of their membership, success and GPA. If we are ranking on everything you can’t say that Chi O is low, they are performing higher than KD and ZTA. KKG is also doing well. We as Pan women said we didn’t want shallow ranks and we meant it.

ΑΕΦ - Alpha Epsilon Phi
ΧΩ - Chi Omega
ΚΚΓ - Kappa Kappa Gamma
Base Tier:
ΔΖ - Delta Zeta
ΓΦΒ - Gamma Phi Beta

Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

Every girl prioritizes looks and socials and successes. Guys only care about looks and socials.

adpi took all of zetas girls that’s why they moved up.

zta was hella happy with their girls. just because you repeat it that doesn’t make it true. we know who wanted what girls. we moved adpi up because they had amazing membership and is high achieving. its non every rank discussion clearly you were not involved

Zeta was ranked higher on looks and pairs, they were = on socials and ADPi was higher in leadership, awards, rep, gpa do we moved them above.

adpi def prioritizes looks and success and pride themselves on being well rounded. they would rank aephi and chio higher for their successes so don’t get it twisted

we look at socials, pairs, looks, first.
then rep, diversity, membership, involvement, leadership, philo, comp wins, achievements, house, gpa , sisterhood
