sigma chi and du’s houses tea

apparently du has to move out of their house. another fraternity will probably buy it.

sigma chi is not losing their house and their chapter will be reinstated in 4-5 years.

No frat ever kicked off UCF campus has been reinstated in 4-5 years. No frat ever kicked off kept their house whether owned by their nationals or not...SAE, Sig Ep, Pike, Lambda Chi (off campus house), Delt (off campus house)

Ucf told sig they can come back in 4 years ask them. They are on a 4 year suspension

They are lucky if UCF only has them on a 4-year suspension, but it's up to Sig nationals if and when they come back. It's also up to Sig nationals to sit on that house financially for the next 4+ years.
