phi delt would’ve had a fair convo but mod drowned us, faked a hunch of comments and dislikes. phi delt is a solid upper mid. not top. they don’t pull good numbers and aren’t as popular or attractive as used to be and don’t have top membership.
they said phi delt is top bc they pull tops but upper mids pull tops too.
