zta is not in charge of the ranks. the only chapters moved up the past few months were tridelt, aephi, pikapp and phidelt. no chapters were moved down. stop the lies. justice for ddd? they were bumped up from upper mid to top tier. justice for ksig? phidelt has always been better they were ranked lower because of their suspension. grow up.
